The \"official vault responsibilities\" the Overseer hinted at during your 10th birthday party was to be the subject for your father\'s eugenics program. In order to convince the Overseer to let the two of you in, your father promised him a genetic engineering program that would indeed realize the directive to \"strive for perfection\". The program lasted six years. The overseer was present during your last treatment, the day before you took your G. O. A. T. Nothing happened. The Overseer was not pleased. You were dismissed, and your father always kept the ensuing conversation from you. The next day, your father gave you a syringe and told you that he had lied to the Overseer, that the program was a success, only he never informed the Overseer that the treatments needed to be activated. Your father told you that he didn\'t want you to belong to anyone, so he is letting you choose if, and when, to activate the treatments. He tells you to keep the syringe safe until you decide to use it, or to purposely destroy it, because he will never make another. Then he sent you to take your G. O. A. T. Your father\'s life was made miserable for the next three years. The Overseer was trying to pressure him to leave the Vault. Finally, the Overseer threatened your father with you having an \"accident\" if he didn\'t leave. The morning after your father tells you this, you are woken by Amata. This mod places a syringe on the table in your dad\'s office in Vault 101. The table is immediately to your right when you spawn for the Future Imperfect quest. Eugenics is, admittedly, a god item. I created it so I could burn through FO3 and its DLC before New Vegas came out. Now that it has, I thought I\'d clean it up a bit and post it for anyone else to use. There are three files. You only need ONE. Download the version you want, extract it, and drop the file in your Data folder. It\'s that easy. There are three versions: Eugenics SPECIAL - when you use the syringe, all SPECIAL stats are immediately boosted to 10. Eugenics Skill - when you use the syringe, all of your skills are immediately boosted to 100. Eugenics Loaded - when you use the syringe, all of your Special stats are immediately boosted to 10, and all of your skills are immediately boosted to 100. The syringe is an ingestible that calls a base effect, which calls a script, which adds a perk to the character and displays a message. The perk calls an actor effect, and it\'s the actor effect (FinalEugenicsEffect) that must be altered if you want to change how this mod works (such as adding rad resistance or increasing your carrying weight). All DLC was used as the parent esm files, butno information was used from any of them. This mod should run fine with any of the DLC, all of them, or none.
