Born with a rare mutation that granted Eli with enhanced human traits in speed, strength, agility and metabolic synthesis Tobias passed down his vast knowledge and skill sets to his son Eli. 30 years have passed since Tobias walked the Wasteland and succumbed to old age. His son, Eli now bears his mantle. Inheriting all of his father\'s gifts, and possessions, Eli has improved and expanded upon his father\'s original designs. He has surpassed him in all ways. He posses a vast knowledge of the lands and offers his unique skill sets to anyone with enough caps to afford his serves. Specializing in Search and Retrieval, Guide Expert, Survival Specialist, Scouting, Field Medicine, Hunting and Tracking, Evasion and Stealth, Para-Military Tactics and Guerrilla Warfare.
