A preconfigured download of the Egg Translator translation tool for Fallout 3 with databases for five languages included, simply extract and run, no further setup needed anymore.
Supports automatic (using databases) and manual (assisted via databases) plugin translation.

egg-of-time.us has gone the way of the dodo and ei-der-zeit.com seems to be progressively shutting down it's services. Forums are no longer accessible, no new user registration and the original download for this tool (The F3 version) is no longer available.
Though there are more sophisticated translation tools available nowadays, I think it would be a shame to see this tool disappear sooner or later.
