To Help Clear up some confusion: To start the quest you have to go find Dr. Jones in the Museum of American History, he give you the key to the Abandoned Enclave Jail. The Jail is located out by raven rock, but ideally you are supposed to find it more like Questing in MMOs where you would discover the location and the beasts within. Once you locate get into the jail, explore it to find the riches contained within. Once you find the Holodisk, return to Dr. Jones for a reward.
