Ports over DevvEloper Chinese Prototype Power Armor from FNV to Fo3
The chinese spies at Mama Dolce's installation "confiscated" some units of the T51b models returning from the reconquer of Alaska, willing to apply reverse-engineering and discover the secrets of the walking tank.
Adds a new Power Armor set: the Chinese Prototype Power Armor. Uses a retextured T-51 power armor by DevvEloper and the cerberus helmet, by GVLT. Includes meshes and custom textures
