Changes global repair multiplier. Should be compatible with anything.
Found that there was a cheaper vendor repair for new vegas but not fo3. But in both games, vanilla vendor repair is ridiculously expensive. Default multiplier for repair cost is 1 and I changed that to 0. 10. In a way I would say that it's 10x cheaper.
Installation:
Just dump it into your data folder with all the other esp and esm.
