Details

You can configure up to 5 hotkeys to use any of the following console commands:

• []ToggleMenus []ToggleFlyCamera []ToggleFlyCamera 1 (what I call the Frozen Time Camera)  []SetCameraFOV

To set them up you just need to use the item labeled . It is listed under the Apparel section of the Pip-boy. Unasigned hotkeys will be disabled by default, but if you're the kind of fellow that loses sleep over game performance, you can alternatively use the provided "inventory activators", which are no less than 5 inventory items intended to be used from the default inventory hotkey slots. Be aware, though, that these won't work if you try to equip them through scripted hotkeys.

As of version 2 the concept of "Camera Mode" has been introduced. Basically, you can define the combination of commands that you want to run and their parameters for each individual hotkey. Summarising, you get 5 Camera Modes that you can toggle ON and OFF through either a hotkey of your choice or an inventory activator, and each one of them executes the commands that you want from the list above.

Incompatibilities

Nil. You can even load this before Fallout3.esm in theory.

Known issues and bugs There's currently no way to know if the FlyCamera or Menus are ON or OFF at any given time through scripts, so this can lead to annoyances if you use other mods that toggle those commands. I haven't found any such mod yet, so you should be relatively safe. For the same reason, it's normally not wise to save the game with any of your Camera Modes active, but I added special checks to partially circumvent this and let you know when you should restart the game under certain specific conditions to prevent any issues. In conclusion, you needn't really worry about it too much.
