She appears in the game at the same time as the normal stranger. She just looks HOT I\'ve made a few NPC\'s and Brooke was the second, converting her from a save game (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11041) She then became a companion (Exnem Bigger Breasts version and Type 3) where you need RR Companions vault. I then made a Lone Wanderer version of her. So the Mysterious Stranger seemed the next option.
