BoS Outpost - NW Outskirts Bridge

I did a few basic landscaping things with Morrowind, but that\'s the extent of my modding experience. Part two in my project to add faction presence to the wasteland, this adds a small BoS outpost to the bridge just north of the Super-Duper Mart. There are sandbags on either end with a soldier stationed at each side, and there is a tougher one that patrolls the length of the bridge. Below, the little encampment at the north end is expanded upon and made into a ramshackle outpost, with another BoS soldier hanging out in there. Only requires the vanilla game, and doesn\'t add or change any assets, so it should be compatible with just about anything. Only uses vanilla Fallout 3. -Talore
