Located at the base of the bluff across from where the caravans gather at Canterbury Commons. It is designed to be a player home that also allows modders to go in game and view choices available for their own mods in a showroom setting. The home and store feature a variety of new couches, chairs, beds, drapes, carpets, rugs, tile and wood floors, paintings, furnishings, and dishes for use by modders who want to spruce up their own works and are tired of the limited variety provided by the game. The home includes all the amenities, a \"well rested\" bed, a Lab Set, a Workbench, and an Infirmary Set. It has been carefully nav-meshed by hand, and is entirely companion friendly. It has been tested with two companions who made themselves quite at home. Like all such mods the companions may require some wait time to enter the door. I don\'t think anyone has found a way around that yet. The mod also includes a re-texture of a portion of the Industrial Tile Set. All containers are useable, and there is enormous storage capacity. Each of the doors in the kitchen cabinets is a separate storage units, and the chest of drawers are each three separate units. .......................
