Big Town Diner Home

A simple mod that gives you a diner home opposite the entrance to Big Town and a guard that will attack anyone dangerous that comes near. The guard, Anita, is also a trader, and has a selection of weapons for sale. She will also repair your items up to level five repairs.

The diner home has a workbench with a few items in the toolbox and a comfy bed, as well as a re-spawning first-aid kit. I never leave the food I carry carry in a fridge, so the diner does not have one. I threw it out in the junk pile behind Big Town.

There are a few little god-items in the cabinets, which I added  for good measure. One of my bugs about the weapons in these games is the need to shoot someone a dozen times to kill them. So these three weapons are more realistic in their use. One shot, one kill. I never miss...

I built this as a place to stay that is more central on the map, and I prefer it to staying in Megaton all the time, as I like to wander the wasteland. It's nice to have a home to come back to that doesn't require you to enter a different cell, and has someone to guard  you if the nasties get too close. she also guards the Big Town front gate, so nasties can't get in there either.

The door and cabinets are locked, and the key is in the mailbox outside, which is also locked, but can be picked very easy.

The diner also comes with its own map marker, that is enabled once you have "found" it, so you can fast-travel back home when you have too much "stuff" and sell it to Anita.

I will be making some changes to this after Christmas, including Navmesh and a few other additions.
