Better Karma Gifts

If you're like me you get sick of receiving a dirty water or pork n beans when you have more than enough stimpacks.  This plugin changes the list of reward items given by the lady who approaches you every few days, who rewards the player for saving the town.  Now instead of settling for a paltry reward you have a chance to receive some decent armor/weapons/rare items etc.

I can't be bothered making a fancy page, PM me if you are bored and want to jazz it up to a stupid extent with flashing gifs and overblown sensationalism :P (like stupidly OT)
