Funky and silly retexture for fun. The armor is for something I\'m working on atm. For the time being it\'s my personal armor, and it might not be safe to upload the helmet due to the fact it uses the DLC\'s ninja suit mesh. Find it at Vault 101 after you get the Trouble on the Homefront quest. Oh, and it moos.
