📋 About This Mod
Simple mod for someone strong enough
I started to use level cap mod(Level Cap Workaround, Level 100 Cap etc.) to play over level 30, but it seems to be much overpowered with getting more skill points and perks endlessly.
For this, i tried to find out some mods to stop getting more skills and perks, not to become more stronger from level 30.
But only no more skill points mod existed, but in case of perk there was not. So i made it.
This mod just add the perk with no effect that you can skip your perk when level up.
I hope this mod helps if there are people who share same thoughts as me.
