ABCs Mod

This is still a work in progress. I need to finish assigning oral speech to written speech in the follower\'s dialogue (she is fully functional as a follower, but it is annoying that she won\'t say anything out loud if someone would atleast rig her dialogue like Paladin Cross I would appreciate it). There is a terminal that will tell a lone man\'s story, but I need to finish thinking it up. I also have a friend who might help me out with some custom meshes. Eventually I might even make a quest for this. Look slightly to the left of straight forward when you leave Vault 101 and enter the wasteland (near where Dogmeat waits), there will be a teleporter. Below are some of the things in the mod. WEAPONS ABC\'s Best Friend- Laser shotgun (similar to the metal blaster) that has knockback effect on crit, a miriad of DOT effects, and will not sever/gib limbs, it has moderate damage and is somewhat balanced (For a weapon with unlimited ammo). ABC\'s Sidekick- A lower powered, single beam, pistol version of the above with no knock back. Lower AP required for VATS. ABC\'s Stun Pistol- Instantly paralyses any target with 5 or less Endurance (i.e. raiders, most normal people... important targets not affected are; Brotherhood, Enclave, and any Super Mutants). ABC\'s Ripple Gun- Gatling laser that weighs 10 lbs. and does light damage to counteract the unlimited ammo (Still obscenely powerful given enough time). ABC\'s Fusion Rifle- Anyone who knows rudimentary nuclear physics can guess what this laser rifle does, but for those who don\'t, you do NOT want to be near whatever the beam makes contact with. (This weapon is definitely a god weapon... If you don\'t want a god weapon, then don\'t use it) ABC\'s Bass Hammer- Uses sonic vibrations to significantly increase its impact. It does twice as much damage normally, but if you get a critical hit then, well... they are going to be missing a few limbs. Also has a light knockback effect on crit if has 5 endurance or less. ABC\'s Storm Bringer- A gatling laser that fires lightning, what more could you ask for? (Very powerful). ABC\'s DNA Reverser- A weapon I made because I was tired, it reverses the targets gender each time you shoot them. They will flash hostile, just like the mesmetron, so don\'t have any followers near when you use this. ARMORS ABC\'s Favorite Armor- An old Pre-War gang jacket that has been lined with Kevlar for more damage resistance and has an integrated stealthboy (must be crouching). When wearing, you look cooler (+1 Charisma), you are more comfortable (+1 Agility), and you are more alert (+1 Perception). ABC\'s Tankin Armor- A T51-b that has been reinforced with a strange, extremely durable mineral. It has been altered to carry it\'s own weight, which means that when you carry it not only will it boost your carry weight by 50 (armor=45 helmet=5), you will also not recieve an agility penalty.
