Abandoned Shack House Mod

Just a disclaimer; I in no way, own this game. Description ------------------------------------------------ Alright, well, what this mod does for your game is add a shack above Vault 101. It\'s a small mod, yes, but I guess some people would like to have a shack/house added into the game. Install/Uninstall ------------------------------------------------- Simply just drag and drop the ESP file from the archive into the Fallout: 3 Data directory. Simply just delete the ESP File, but I am going to warn you. Uninstalling this mod with anything inside the house, or anything inside the containers or just laying inside the house. Will be DELETED. When updating, please take out all items that are within the house. For safety precautions, you\'ve been warned. Included in the mod ------------------------------------------------- This mod offers, a house with: a working Work Bench, a My First Infirmary, your own bed, some containers, a Juke Box, and a My First Laboratory. Incompatibility ------------------------------------------------- None that I know of, but I guess anything that takes the space that the house at, would conflict.
