Extract contents to the Data folder in your installation directory. 3. Open up FALLOUT.ini in My Documents\\My Games\\Fallout 3 with Notepad or other text editor and locate the following line \"bInvalidateOlderFiles=0\" and set it to 1. 4. Open (or create if it does not exist) ArchiveInvalidation.txt in your Data folder, and add the following line: Textures/Armor/wastelanddoctor01/outfitm.dds Textures/Armor/wastelanddoctor01/outfitf.dds 5. To receive this outfit in game automagically, type \"player.additem 340FE 1\" into the game console. Uninstallation: Delete the line in ArchiveInvalidation.txt and delete the \"wastelanddoctor01\" folder in Data\\textures\\armor.
