in the 2070s there were developments to possibly replace the current 10mm SMG with a smaller alternative for use by missile launcher units, with a firing pair of prototypes, complete with testing with existing mods, ready for a test... scheduled for 10/24/77, as many would know, bombs would cancel those plans, leaving it in storage for centuries to come

this variant does a base 22 damage, spread of 0. 5, RPS of 12 (RPM of 720), and holds 35 rounds via an extended 10mm SMG magazine, though with a poor aiming FOV (but frankly who needs that much zoom to aim on an SMG)

S&S 10mm Micro SMG

only other model developed, this one was modified as a test of how weapon mods would work on the gun, specifically by a fan of 80s films

as opposed to the other variant, this does 18 damage, however with a spread of 0. 25 instead, and with a better zoom via the scope, and is silenced so now you can pump someone from behind with stealth crits

Both are in Fort Constantine on a table opposite to the fatman in the rewards area aka where the standard T-51b is
