Using Fable Explorer (Original or Shadownet should work)
1. Open Fable Explorer.
2. Under File, select 'Open'.
3. Navigate to your Fable TLC folder > data > graphics > pc folder.
4. Open the 'textures.big' file. (you may have to make explorer show .big files)
5. Under File, Select 'Load Fable Mod Package'.
6. Select 'UnionJackOff.fmp'.
7. Under Actions select 'Save Mods and Run Fable' (if you get an error, that's fine. Just load the game up normally from your exe.)
