half fixed foreign mustache

no chocolate box or fable explorer should be needed

fable main folder > data > CompiledDefs > replace game file with mine  ( back up original if you like )

i  changed foreign mustache to the color black only since both old grey and good blonde will not show up so i fixed it in a way

you will have a black foreign mustache with good blonde or old hair ( along with evil or neutral dark ) but at least now it can always be seen

i  removed files in game.bin to make foreign mustache always show ( work )
