Reduced Core and Annexation Cost (1.25)

NOTE: This mod works with any version of the game so you don't have to wait for an update. Changes Made: Core cost now 7 (was 10) Diplo annexation now 6 (was 8) Claims lower core cost by 25% (was 10%) Autonomy on diplo annexation now 75% (was 60%) This mod is incompatible with Ironman (outside my control) but should be compatible with all mods unless they edit the four things that this mod edits (and even then one of the mods will simply overide the other). Because many people have commented on the image used, it was made to be an exageration. I know that Bohemia has rediculous core costs, I made the image to show just how high core cost can get. Because some people have asked for it, here is a direct download link: mediafire . com/download/juxnngycbydas6s/Reduced_core_and_annexation_cost.rar
