Found an Empire is a mod that allows players to adopt an Imperial Government once they reach 80 provinces owned. This mod is the successor to the 'Become and Empire' mod, with has completely reimagined Empire governments and now includes Administration Technology 20 reforms for Western nations. Updated and ready for Version 1. 21 and the Mandate of Heaven Expansion. Due to the nature of this mod it will most likely run even if it is not up to date with the latest version. Version 3 of my Empire Mod is 100% Compatible with version 2 saves, although any already formed Empires will not be able to take full advantage of the new features.
