Flogis Ruler Monarch Points Reworked

Overview/What does this mod do? This mod is a rework of the most important source of monarch point generation: Rulers. The monarch point generation of rulers is replaced with a government mechanic providing monarch points from very many different sources. Rulers still affect that to an extent, but the other sources are equally important. Idea of the mod I always felt monarch point generation by rulers was a bit too strong and not taking into account other factors how the country is set up at the moment. This mod changes that drasticly. Compatibility This mod changes a lot of static modifiers, estates, some tech files (this is minor though) and government files, so you might experience conflicts there depending on the load order. I will probably make this an optional choice in my Idea Variation mod at some point, but wanted to release this as a standalone version too, cause I think its an interesting approach. Balancing This mod will obviously shift monarch power generation in the starting scenario in some cases, for example England will do much better because it has a poor king and benefits from the changes. Feel free to suggest tweaking of modifiers etc. Useful links You can discuss this and my other mods on my modding discord. Discord Channel My Patreon Page
