Europa Universalis x10 This mod is an updated version of Europa Universalis x10. This popular mod seems to no longer be updated, so I decided to update it alone. But because I didn't want to just update it, I decided to multiply policies and government reforms, not just the ideas. I'm planning to multiply more things, but it takes a lot of time, so more will come in a future. Disclaimer This mode is not made to be balanced. It's unbalanced as hell. Having +10 artillery fire as Spain or +50 administrative efficiency as Deccan is incredibly strong. On the other hand, all republics will have 0 absolutism almost all the time because of their absolutism penalty.
