Interface CombiPack for Extended Timeline

It also seemed odd that the interface for mechanics relating to specific culture featured Western-style heater shields. This mod replaces or tweaks several components of the user interface. ==================================================== ~ FEATURES ~ ==================================================== Most shields have been replaced with flags from MEIOU & Taxes, exceptions being: Flags displayed after combat are now worn and torn The HRE has mostly been left alone, as I think shields are actually appropriate here Defender of the Faith shields now have a holy radiance Chinese Emperors and native Federation Leaders have culturally themed frames The great power status glow has been replaced with a fanciful golden fringe.
