[Discontinued] Ze Great Kaiser's Cheat Menu [1.28]

DISCLAIMER As I no longer actively play eu4, I can't continue keeping my mods updated. I'm sorry. It has been a fun time, so thank you guys for it! If anyone wants to keep any of my mods updated or expand on them feel free to reupload as long as you give me credit. c: Nobume Imai took this mod under their wings, you can find an updated version over here! Hello Everyone Inspired by Sketchy's awesome work in his awesome CK2-mod I decided to make a 'cheat menu' mod for eu4 too I started this as a private project to experiment with eu4's code and get used to it in order to become a better modder. But now, I figured that this might help some people setting up their own scenario in a easier fashion than with the cheat console. So, I decided to share this mod. Not Ironman / achievement compatible. Available in English and German. Special Thanks ... for finding and reporting Bugs: Fun, Mat3HD, ep1c_g@m3r!, Wimwicket ... for sending me a few hints & tricks: Zephyrum ... and for downloading, rating, commenting and simply existing: You! modding wouldn't make half as much fun if the community wasn't that awesome.
