It stands out for bringing a touch of nostalgia with a classic Volvo truck, the NL12, but with a level of detail and customization options that make it "Gold". Features of the Volvo NL12 EDC Gold Mod: This mod is known for offering a rich and customizable experience: Detailed Modeling: The truck is generally well modeled, with attention to detail both on the exterior and interior, seeking to replicate the real Volvo NL12 EDC. Chassis Variety: It usually includes several chassis options (such as 4×2, 6×2 and 6×4), allowing you to choose the configuration that best suits your play style and type of cargo. Engine and Transmission Options: The mod offers a range of engines (with different power outputs, including "chip-based" options for more performance) and transmissions, which can be either the original ones or some non-original ones for more versatility. Extensive Customization: This is one of its strong points. You can customize many aspects of the truck, including: Paints/Skins: In addition to the pre-existing skins, there is usually the option to create your own skins or use the ones that come in the package. External Accessories: Several options for bumpers, headlights, antennas, spoilers, owls (typical visual details of Brazilian trucks), and other stickers and adornments. Internal Accessories: Customization of the interior with items such as lampshades, PX radios, GPS (often with tablet models such as iPad Air), and other objects to make the cabin your own. Realistic Sounds: Many Leo Gamer mods, and this one is no exception, come with custom sound packs or are compatible with high-quality sound mods (such as those from Rafa Sound), which provide a sound immersion that is faithful to Brazilian trucks. Compatibility: It is important to always check the version of ETS2 that the mod is compatible with, as game updates may require new versions of the mod. To install the mod: 1. Download the (.scs) file: After downloading, you will have one or more files with the `.scs` extension. 2. Move to the "mod" folder: Paste these files into the `Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod` folder. 3. Activate in Mod Manager: Open ETS2, go to the "Mod Manager" in the main menu. Find the Volvo NL12 EDC Gold mod in the list and activate it by moving it to the right column. Remember to apply the changes. 4. In-game purchase: Go to a Volvo dealership (or a mod dealership, depending on the mod version) in-game to purchase and customize your NL12. Tip: Many of these Brazilian mods for ETS2 come with a password to unzip the file. This password is usually provided in the mod's presentation video on YouTube. If you like classic Brazilian trucks with lots of customization options, Leo Gamer's Volvo NL12 EDC Gold is an excellent addition to your ETS2!
