The Magus' Study

The Magus has disappeared and all that remains is a mysterious note. Travel alone or with your friends (up to 6) on a magical adventure to discover what happened to the Magus and maybe save the Realm in the process! Features: - Multiple (poorly) voiced characters (over 100 lines, almost 18 minutes, including hints) - Voiced in-character hint system with puzzle tracking (bad jokes included with most hints) - Granular hints (4-6 per puzzle) that nudge instead of giving the answer directly - Subtitles for all voices - Fun interactions/Custom animations (make sure to explore!) - Two chapters in case you need to take a break - Optimized lighting to minimize frame rate issues (hopefully) - Puzzles that fit with the story (sort of) - A smell puzzle! Notes: - LOTS of bad jokes, dad jokes or obscure 80's/90's references (I'm old!) - I would say it should be safe for all but depending on your sensitivity, it may be PG. - Multiple sarcastic characters ... that can be slightly mean? You have been warned! - I tried to make it color blind friendly, not sure if I succeeded. - Make sure you turn things around in your inventory! - I am an escape enthusiast, so some puzzles may be difficult but at least there is a hint system! - Some monologues can be a bit wordy (40-50 seconds). So, take your time and enjoy! - Should be co-op friendly. Known Issues: - Characters will not speak a new line if they are currently talking. This shouldn't be much of an issue, except perhaps with Morty as he does have random quips when you do certain things. If you were in the middle of a hint or another dialog line, then trigger one of the quips, you would miss the joke. Not game breaking, but you may want to just listen while he talks if you want to hear everything.
