[RTB:R] Alyxgun and Flaregun

Replaces the Alyxgun and Flaregun with their Raising the Bar Redux counterparts Use these console commands to spawn them in ent_create weapon_alyxgun (You have to press E on the weapon in order to pick it up.) ent_create weapon_flaregun ent_create item_box_flare_rounds (Flare ammo) Alyxgun shares ammo with SMG1 I wanted to include the Annabelle in this but that weapon's code is broken and unfixable as far as I know. Uses custom sound slot 1.
