[ RTBR ] Metrocops and Combine Soldiers Replacement

This mod replaces the generic metrocop and combine soldier models with the models from Raising the Bar Redux Division 3. Currently does not affect the Husks, Zombines, 3650, Clonecop or Scar Zero. Special credit to This Mod for the method for having the Elite metrocop use a different model. As a bonus, I included the combine_gunner model as a replacer for the EP2 Dirty Soldier and Dirty Elite,
