Fixed Crossbow Glow

Ever wondered why the crossbow's texture still looks like it's glowing during it's reload animation? Apparently it was because a single line in "crossbow dirtmap.vmt" didn't point to the non-glowing texture. Oops! I've also fixed the graininess of the glowing itself in a way that doesn't interfere with reskins. Hooray! Unfortunately, the texture changing trick the crossbow uses doesn't seem to work with it's first draw animation due to either a bug or an oversight with "ACT_VM_FIRSTDRAW" not triggering certain animation events in the crossbow's qc file. Assuming this is a Mapbase issue, if anyone would like to bring this to Blixibon's attention so a fix can be made and hopefully integrated into Mapbase 8 and EZ2 in the future I'd be pretty happy I think 👍
