Randomized Combine Elite Soldiers

This addon's just like the Randomized Combine Soldier addon, but applied to the Combine Elite. Now, you get 19 completely unique textures for the Elite to randomize to, from unused textures, G-Mod ports, and more! For some reason, it does apply to the viewmodel, so that's neat.
