🧭 Enshrouded Minimap

Integrated in-game minimap mod for Enshrouded.

This is not an external Windows overlay.

The mod hooks into the game client and draws the minimap directly inside the Enshrouded frame.

Requires Shroudtopia.

Mod version: 0. 4. 44

Release file: enshrouded-minimap-v0. 4. 44.zip

✨ What It Does

✅ Shows a circular minimap in the top-right corner

✅ Uses a premium compass-style frame asset

✅ Renders the real Embervale map at minimap scale

✅ Shows the player's position and facing direction

✅ Shows nearby points of interest

✅ Renders inside the game's Vulkan frame

✅ No separate overlay window

🎮 Controls

+ = Zoom in

- = Zoom out

F10 or Numpad = Show or hide the minimap

The numpad +, - and keys also work.

📦 Installation

1. Close Enshrouded.

2. Download:

enshrouded-minimap-v0. 4. 44.zip

3. Extract the zip.

4. Copy the full minimap_mod folder to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Enshrouded\mods\minimap_mod

The final folder should look like this:

5. Start Enshrouded.

📍 Position Config

The minimap position is controlled from Shroudtopia's config file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Enshrouded\shroudtopia.json

Set this value:

mods.minimap_mod.position

Available positions:

middle-right

bottom-right

You can change the minimap position from Shroudtopia's config file without closing the game.

🔁 Updating From an Older Version

If you already had an older version installed, replace the whole minimap_mod folder with the new one.

Do not merge old files with the new version.

⚠️ Notes

• This is an in-game minimap, not a Windows overlay.

• The minimap is rendered directly inside the Enshrouded Vulkan frame.

• Shroudtopia is required.

• If the mod does not load, check that the folder path is correct.
