White Hearth - Enderal SE

This will add the "White Hearth" player home to Enderal SE

This is an SE port of SpleenofGod's player home near Ark. I only ported this to SE with SpleenofGod's explicit permission, so all kudos should be directed there. That's also where you find all information about the home.

Also with permission, I made some slight changes: I adjusted the lighting in the home (check pictures) and added some navemesh to the basement and the first floor so that followers can follow you (originally they were not intended to walk into the private areas and would stay on the ground floor).
