House in the Larxes

The Noble Quarter player home has so much potential, but much of it feels wasted with poor storage options, chairs with which you cannot interact, and a total lack of a library. If you give Tharael a home, he just perches at the upstairs railing like an ominous, orange-clad bird. This mod seeks to address these problems, and add a bit more comfort.

Storage options are dependent on General Stores.

The main hall has new storage for foodstuffs, both cooked and raw. To the right, a library with a comfortable daybed for reading on, and tables and chairs for studying at. The walls and some of the cabinets are filled with relics of your travels and paintings rescued from abandoned buildings. There is abundant storage for all the books you could ever steal, and two dagger racks.

To the left of the main hall, the crafting room has been expanded. It already didn't fit the exterior model, so why not? The new addition has a small smelter in addition to the regular crafting benches. Themed storage has been added for crafting materials, weapons, and armor. The magical crafting area has also had storage added, and art on the walls.

Upstairs, Tharael is no longer standing at the railing, staring at you while you eat. There is a large tub in a side room, in which to free yourself of the stench and dust of travel. The bedroom has actual storage in it now! There are lamps and small trinkets on shelves, and a door to a storage room with Themed GS storage and places for mannequins. So far the ones built in-game seem to be more stable than the ones I was adding in Creation Kit.

If you use Multiple Floor Sandboxing, Thararel will walk around more than he otherwise does.

This mod appears to be compatible with Tharael's Afterlife, if you want to give him even more freedom of movement -- now including outside of the house! There are some conflicts with items in the library.
