Warp Ring - CV

Did you ever want to go to other stars but didnt really want to make a full on CV?

Did you put a lot of time and effort into your SV and want to carry on using it and not switch to a bigger vessel with an interstellar warp drive?

Hate grinding the resources required to make a proper CV?

Need a cheap/disposable combat carrier to carry you and your friends fighters/ships into battle?

Introducing the Warp Ring

Basically a barebones CV with a warpdrive designed to carry SVs and things to other stars. Can also be used in a cheap/disposable combat carrier role.

Mostly made of carbon composite, it has been designed to be as low level as possible and for the most part requires the most basic resources in relatively low amounts.

Features a double sided landing pad marked and split into 4 corners either side, can accommodate 2 larger small vessels (one per side) or 8 smaller (small) vessels (4 per side).

No gravity or oxygen, no landing gear (designed to be mostly space only) only 1 small generator and t1 basic fuel tank. Warp drive and pentaxid tank, 4 small thrusters in all directions, 1 RCS and a cockpit room opposite the generator and everything. Feel free to add things as needed.

If your SV has a short range warp drive, you can jump to a new system, take your SV and leave the warp ring around the systems star and go exploring the planets, or if not you can leave the ring near the planet while you take your SV out.

Inspired by the hyperspace rings from star wars which have a similar function.

Installation

Unzip and put the folder into:  .../Steam/steamapps/common/Empyrion Galactic Survival/Saves/Blueprints/your unique number/

I retain complete original ownership over my mods and their usage rights.

That being said, feel free to use my mods in anyway you see fit, for personal and/or commercial use.
