Talos Reborn This is the original game version of the Talos. The way you know it's original is to go to top of tower. Look for the scientific devices. Those are no longer avaiable to players. They became the fuel tank for warp core. So if someone tells you theirs is the original and they don'd have those devices, then their probably lying to you. I did, as a courtesy, seek permission to distribute this, those others are already distributing it. But got no reply, must be busy. There are only 4 changes made. 1. Removed POI fuel tanks 2. In place of 1 POI fuel tank placed a warp core fuel tank 3. Removed weapons player not able to use. (POI weapons) 4. Removed and replaced any and all alpha blocks That's all the changes. Production time is approximatly 13-14 hrs. But if you make the components below (many of which can be gotten by stripping the crashed Talos) you should be able to shorten this to under 2 hrs production time. That's why I'm listing devices and components. List: cargo box 22 cockpit 6 advanced constructor 1 core 1 food processor 2 fridge T2 10 large generator T1 4 gravity generator 4 grow lights 5 lights 97 medic station 3 O2 station 3 large O2 tank 4 Passenger seat 5 thrusters armored 10 large 16 slanted 2 directional 58 rcs 37 turrets cannon 4 rocket 6 minigun 14 warpdrive 1 warp drive tank 1 grow plots 45 And here's the raw resourses before components added. iron 12600 silicon 2820 copper 2670 cobalt 2400 sathiem 610 neo 520 zas 10 erest 10 This was a team effort done in survival mode. Once done flew to Omigron and then to Acur. Flys strong on both planets. Though it's upward lift is slow. Needs additional upward direction thrusters. Also needs more fuel tanks and generators. Fuel time on planet with all fuel tanks full with large fuel cell was only about 25 min. on Acur. We are now in process of overhauling it. Putting a complete combat steel hull. As well as additional weapons. And other needed upgrades. But this will take time. We do have a life out of game. But will post when finished and tested. Hope all will enjoy this fine ship. All credit for ships design and such go entirely to game dev. We only fixed what was needed to give it new life. It is a fine ship and should be used more than as planet side wreckage. Though the wreckage will help you getting it off the ground sooner.
