A balanced base ship with lots of parking, super accessible docking bays, and room for its own CV gunship (Manta) on the top pad. It also includes a spacious garden, manufacturing facilities, a repair bay, and full medical and cooking

This is a POI neutralizing CV, best parked over unshielded structures until the belly guns wipe the turrets out.
There are three separate docking areas - an internal bay with a large boarding ramp at the rear and two side bay doors, a mid-level deck with space for two moderately sized SV's, and a top deck intended for the storage and transport of the Ansari Manta attack CV.
