"Performance" is what Im using atm with 0 performance cost including miniscule render latency compared to ANY preset especially the main.
Render latency causes hw delay to simply put.
INSTALLATION:

2. Extract to ?:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client.
