Vengeful Revenant

I always hated how Revenant’s summons die almost instantly, how enemies ignore them and charge straight at you, and how her ultimate feels completely useless when playing solo. She’s supposed to be a necromancer of the undead, but in actual gameplay, she feels weak, slow, and easily overwhelmed

To fix those issues,  increased the health of her summons and gave them a targeting buff so enemies are more likely to engage them instead of ignoring them. buffs have been adjusted to offer meaningful benefits, and her ultimate has been completely reworked, it now summons all minions at once, rather than just reviving the fallen, making it actually impactful and fun to use.

Helen now have a gun.

about balance, she’s not stronger than Ironeye, she’s just more dynamic and satisfying to play.

I haven’t tested this in co-op, but it’s probably overpowered with multiple players. Solo play already feels like a multiplayer with all the summons around and enemies will get more aggressive the more allies you have nearby.

Her passive now activates much faster as well, so during night battles, you’ll see undead army rising around you just as it should’ve always felt.

Notes:

• []When using the ultimate, do not summon anything manually right after, it will despawn all allies.

  []This is intentional to prevent stacking summons (or not but its good)

  []All minions summoned by the ultimate are immortal, so be sure to make full use of them while they’re active

  Installation

  You’ll usually want to use this with Mod Engine when it’s out (it should be available now), and I definitely recommend going that route.

  But just to share what I did:

  • []Unpacked the game with UXM

    []Overwrote the regulation.bin

    []Dropped the .anibnd files into the chr folder

  • Patched the game with UXM again
