This mod removes all low-tier and undesirable relic effects from the loot pool, ensuring that only meaningful, high-impact relics can roll.

It cleans the entire relic system by zero-weighting:

• []Base (non-tiered) Attack Power Ups

  []All base “Improved ___ Resistance” effects

  []All “3+ weapons equipped” conditional bonuses

  []All “start of expedition: item in possession” effects

  []All HP/FP Restoration on-hit relics

  []All “Dormant Power Helps Discover ___” effects

  []All Negation Up and Damage Negation relics

• All Reduced FP Consumption relics

  use an offline launcher of some kind when rolling for relics , do not launch the game from steam with this regulation.bin , easiest way to do an offline launch is create a bat file in game directory where nightreign is

  do this , create a new txt file , write this inside

  set SteamAppId=2622380

  set SteamGameId=2622380

  start nightreign.exe

  save it and rename it as something.bat , file extension should be bat.

  clicking it would be achieving an offline launch with no risk of connecting to EAC servers
