📋 About This Mod
Description
Get a diet version of the Grafted Blades power at the start of each run. (Gives less stats and no DR)
Two versions one that resets on death and one that persists.
The following stats are affected:
[]Max HP
[]Max FP
[]Max Stamina
[]Damage
[]Critical Damage
[]Rune Gain
[]Item Discovery
[]Skill Cooldown
[*]Skill Damage
All, except Item Discovery, are increased by 0. 2% per kill, while Item Discovery gets +0. 1 per Kill.
These values are halved for the version that persists on death.
Update: Disabled the No Reset Version as it seems to not work. Blame Smithbox lying (the respective toggle that says "Keep on Dead" does no such thing)
This is inspired by Kill to Thrive, though rebuilt from the ground up. (Very similar though as we both just attach a modified version of the Power of Vengeance effect to the default armor.)
Deep of Night: This mod is not yet balanced for DoN. It will work with it, but you will scale infinitely, meaning you will become very OP. As mentioned in the pinned post, you can replace the modified regulation file with vanilla for DoN runs ^^
If I'm ever in the mood I might make a variant for DoN, but not sure where I'd add a new effect category ('s what they did to Vengeanca and Marais to cap the amount of stacks you can get).
Install
Either use a modmanager, me3, or just replace the vanilla regulation file with the one provided in this mod (Back it up first, don't be stupid). When Nightreign updates, the regulation file will with 99% certainty be replaced as it contains basically every important value.
Uninstall
Deselect the mod in the mod manager or put the vanilla regulation file back in. If you didn't back it up just delete this one and reverify the game on steam.
Compatibility
This is not compatible with mods that edit the Regulation.bin file, which is pretty much every mod (Seamless Coop doesn't though so that should be compatible).
If you want to make this mod compatible with another: Install Smithbox and export the three rows (id: 999999990, 999999991, 999999992) from SpEffectParam to a CSV file.
Open the mod you want in Smithbox and import those rows. Rename them before if they are already taken in that mod.
Now is the annoying part: If the mod you want to merge this one with does not edit EquipParamProtector you can just go back into this mod in Smithbox, export all modified rows in EquipParamProtector[/i
