The small jar npc now sells you 3 slots relics and with highest attributes. you don't get +0 or +1 anymore, only +2 str-dex-int-faith ..etc
Description
visit the npc and Scenic Flatstone will cost 0 murk.
the relics you get will always be 3 slots.
the relics you get will always have highest attributes, I have only execluded +0 and +1 effects. nothing else was touched.
this is for base relics only, NO DLC. NO DEPTH RELICS.
I'll make one for depth relics later when I unlock it xD
Installation instructions
backup your regulation.bin and your savefile.
put the new regulation.bin in your game folder. use ME3 to run your game or other engines don't run online or from steam. "must have EAC disabled, hence ME3"
Requirements
prior knowledge how to use modified regulation.bin and how to run the game with EAC disabled.
