MAKE A BACKUP OF THE VANILLA REGULATION. BIN and put it in a folder somewhere outside the game files
Download zip file and put both the regulation.bin and the offline_launcher into your Nightreign game files
You can find the game files by either going (C:)>SteamLibrary>steamapps>common>ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN>Game or right click the game on steam > manage > browse local files > game
Boot the game using the offline_launcher as it will boot without EAC
Put back vanilla regulation.bin whenever you're done buying what you want
