BLUE FILTER REMOVAL - Elden Ring: Nightreign

DESCRIPTION:

Blue Filter Removal is a mod for Elden Ring: Nightreign that REMOVES the STRONG/OBNOXIOUS Blue Color Grading present throughout the game. This mod goes against the artistic direction/intentions of the developers to provide an experience that's less straining/off putting to the eye.

The mod replaces the base games LUT files for each map with Neutral LUT files, which remove the Blue Filter in favour of more natural/realistic colors, which should be easier on they eye.

IMPORTANT:

This mod DOES NOT use ReShade, and thus is compatible with all ReShade presets, this combats the need to use ReShade presets/filters to nullify the blue tint effect, as this mod simply just removes the filter from the game. This should give you more freedom for creativity. (This also means UI Colors will remain the same)

INSTALLATION:

This mod replaces vanilla game files, to install this mod you will either need to use UXM Selective Unpacker, or Me3 Mod Engine 3.

Method 1:

• []Use UXM to unpack and patch Elden Ring: Nightreign.

  []Drag and drop the 'map' folder from the mod into your games directory.

  []Use UXM to patch Elden Ring: Nightreign.

  []Disable EAC and run the game.

  Method 2:

  • []Download and Install Mod Engine 3

    []Drag and drop the 'map' folder from the mod into the folder 'nightreign-mods'

  • Launch the game with 'nightreign-default.me3'
