INSTALLATION

- I would recommend using the Elden Ring Mods Manager - Merger, but the method below still works

- Install ModEngine2 (https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2)

- Open the downloaded zip file and drag and drop "regulation.bin" and the "chr" folder into

"\ELDEN RING\Game\ModEngine-2. 0. 0-preview3-win64\mod"

- Make sure to play offline
