📋 About This Mod
Removes all Somber/Regular Smithing Stones requirements for upgrading items, along with Grave/Ghost Glovewarts.
You still need runes to upgrade.
Needs Mod Engine 2
How to install
1) Unzip the file you downloaded.
2) Put regulation.bin in mod folder of Mod Engine 2
3) Start game using modengine2_launcher.exe (If it doesn't work then right click it => properties => compatibility => Run this program as an adminstrator.)
It works for me for version 1. 12.
Don't know if its compatible with other mods.

Not any special skills required to make similar mods, i made it for myself because the mods for removing stone requirements here do not work 4me.
