    The intention with these save files is to have all PvP related items already collected while remaining the lowest level possible. You should be able to load this save file, level it up to whatever you want and immediately start PvP without having to spend tons of time collecting all the necessary items first.

    If you use other save files that have been created using cheat engine to spawn items, you may get a warning message asking you to delete your save file or risk losing access to online play. I got one of these messages after downloading a different save file, which inspired me
