Truly Legendary Devourer's Scepter

Have you ever felt like the Devourer's Scepter, while being a legendary weapon, lacks that legendary feeling? The weapon has a stunning model and cool lore, yet the moveset has nothing unique and his scaling and ash of war are...questionable. Well, I sure did.

- A complete new moveset, both in 1H and 2H modes, unique for this weapon

- New weapon skill, the default one has been integrated into the moveset

- New scaling and stat requirements

- A unique weapon mechanic available when two-handing

New TAEs: 84 - 85

No other param or TAE has been modified
