The Frostfang

Deep in the consecrated snowfields you will find Von, The Noble Wolf. Once protector of rare a species known as lunar frost wolves, now only a tortured spirit. Defeat her and claim the prized weapon of the failed guardian: the Frostfang.

Both glaive and scythe, the Frostfang's permafrost blades morph freely between it's forms with a violent burst of magic, like lightning in a snowstorm. Each form possesses a unique set of moves along with a unique ash of war. A quick tap will transform, hold the skill to experience its greater power(hold skills include the ability to followup the input).

Gracefully weave transformations into your attacks by tapping the skill at the end of a move to swiftly alter how you play.

Claim her weapon for your own greed, or as an oath of vengeance for those she failed to protect herself. Either way, Von awaits near the Apostate Derelict. Challenge her if you dare.

Install

There are both a version for base game and one that works alongside the famous Convergence mod. Version instructions are slightly different.

Base ER:

Download and unpack into your mod folder for ME2 then don't forget to go to the config_eldenring.toml file to include 'mod/Scripts-Data-Exposer-FS.dll' in the external dlls section. Save that change and the mod should work without issue.

Convergence:

Even easier.  Just drop the downloaded folder into the mod section of where you keep your convergence mod and replace the files. Thorough testing has been done and works with version 2. 2. 3A of Convergence. When Convergence is next updated, it will break the mod until I get the opportunity to update.

Concerning Conv 3. 0 and Beyond

Through discussion with the Convergence devs, due to the nature of how difficult merging Souls' games mods and their expected increased in update frequency, at this time I've been advised that attempting to update this mod to maintain compatibility would be a fool's errand. As such, until I determine there is a stable long-lasting version or the Convergence Team declares the project finished. It is expect that mod will not be updated. I'm sorry if this news upsets anyone, I'm saddened this is the case as well, but it is just the way it has to be unless a better method of merging mods is created.
